I’ll be joining in on three stops of the Canada 150 Literary Tour here in Newfoundland! This island-wide event features loads of local authors and ends with a big shindig in St. John’s that includes readings, book signings, and author panels. If you’re going to be in the area, don’t miss out!

I’ll be in Corner Brook July 19 and Deer Lake July 20, as well as Lewisporte on July 26.

For more information, visit the event’s Facebook page.

Wow, it’s been a while since I posted anything here!

I’ve had a lot on the go. October was consumed with revising book one of a new series (to be released under a pen name), and November was of course NaNoWriMo month, during which I finished a 76,000 word first draft of book two in the same series. Whew! This one will be urban fantasy and a lot darker and hotter than what people are used to seeing from me, hence the pen name. I’ll be letting my street team and newsletter subscribers in on the secret, though. We’re talking vampires, a gorgeous new fictional world set right over top of modern Newfoundland, sexy romance (though not with humans… my vampires would rather take a stake to the heart, thanks very much), supernatural mystery, forbidden powers, and more than a few blood spatters on the pages.

If that sounds like it might be up your alley, make sure you follow the link at the top of the page to sign up for my newsletter!

In the meantime, I’m working on a few short story projects while I’m revising book one in preparation for edits. I should have something to share with subscribers soon!

Paperback News

Hey, everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that the paperback version of Bound may be unavailable for a few days to a week starting… well, now, and Torn will be down some time later this month. I’m reformatting them so the series has a uniform interior look to match the gorgeous covers, but this means there will be a small gap in availability¬†while I review and approve the new proof copies.

Don’t worry, the wait won’t be long! And both will be finished before Christmas and before Sworn comes out. Learning this skill hasn’t been easy for me, but will ultimately mean shorter production times in the future (and less waiting for you).
